Le sac que j’attendais

Je cherchais un sac polyvalent, résistant et agréable à porter depuis longtemps. Je l’ai trouvé avec le Clamshell 25 pour une utilisation quotidienne, en randonnée ou lors de courts voyages.

Disappointed with customer service

Haven’t yet used it because the 2 planned trips came before you delivered. I ordered the more expensive version because your site indicated it was in stock and would be available the following week. I then received a generic email a few days later indicating delays due to the Suez Canal. However, I had no idea this applied to me, because as I said, your site said it was in stock. When the delivery date (still marked on your site) came and went I realised that it did apply to me! I actually meant to cancel the order as I specifically wanted to use it for 2 trips that I had planned in March and April.

A small company such as yours lives by word of mouth and hence personalised customer service is critical to achieving that. I cannot however recommend you to my friends or colleagues based on the impersonal and lack of concern given to my order. Disappointing because your product is genuinely excellent, and whilst you cannot effect world affairs, you can ensure that you contact impacted customers promptly, politely and with the option to cancel easily. As I said, I paid 50 euros extra for the more expensive clamshell because it was in stock whereas the cheaper option wasn’t. I felt a little cheated over that.

Super sac à dos très fonctionnel et très robuste.
La couleur est super extérieur et intérieur.

Incroyable sac design et technique

J’avais besoin d’un sac à dos polyvalent (ville et montagne), j’ai trouvé la pépite !
Le sac Clamshell 25 est tout simplement un bijou de réalisation. Je ne regrette pas d’avoir mis le prix et remercie l’équipe derrière la confection de ce sac (du design au produit fini).
Je l’utilise la semaine pour aller au travail, et le week-end pour randonner à la journée.
Il fait clairement le job !
