SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

It is important to differentiate the shipping time from the delivery time. The shipping time is the time between the time you place your order, and the time we hand over your order to the carrier. This is the time we take to process your order, prepare it, and deliver it to the carrier of your choice. This time frame depends on Haize Project, and the operation of our warehouse. We always strive to ship as quickly as possible. Apart from pre-orders, all orders are processed and leave our warehouse within a maximum of 2 to 3 working days. Please note that our warehouse, located in France, is open Monday to Friday, and closed on weekends and public holidays. Orders are therefore shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order has been shipped by Haize Project, it passes into the hands of the carrier. And here it is the delivery time that comes into play! This is therefore the time between the moment we put your order in the hands of the carrier, and the moment you receive it! This time therefore depends on the carrier responsible for delivering your order. Depending on the carrier chosen and your country of delivery, times may vary. We offer you below an estimate of delivery times for different carriers and types of shipment.

Please note that these estimates are provided to us by the carriers, but that Haize Project cannot be held responsible for potential delays or errors occurring during delivery. Unfortunately, once your order has left our warehouses, Haize Project cannot guarantee exact delivery times: your order is no longer in our hands, and its delivery depends on the conditions of the carrier and can be modified by variables such such as strikes, weather conditions, volume peaks, or even customs! which may delay, refuse to process or impose duties on international shipments.

If you wish to track your order, or contact the carrier responsible for it (particularly in the event of a delivery address error, delay, etc.), do not hesitate to consult the tracking email that you automatically receive as soon as your order leaves our warehouses!

TAXES AND CUSTOMS FEES

If you reside outside the European Union, you may be charged taxes and customs fees. These fees are imposed and collected by the government of your country of residence. The calculation of their amount varies from one country to another, so we invite you to inquire about the taxes charged by your country of residence. Taxes and customs fees differ from the delivery costs specified above, which are due to the carrier responsible for delivering your order. Haize Project cannot be held responsible for customs procedures or any taxes and fees that may be charged to you outside of your order, which only includes the price of your items and delivery costs. Customs clearance and payment of import taxes are therefore the sole responsibility of the buyer.
