Premium price, Premium experience?

I got this last year and traveled to 6 countries with it for 9 months.

When I ordered this from Canada I got slapped with around $150cad import fees (CS38 + waist strap), so over $800 for this bag.

Am I glad I have the bag, yes. Is it worth cad800$? No.

With that in mind

Pros:
- solid construction
- very comfortable
- many spots for organisation
- great laptop compartment
- nice silhouette
- fits a good amount
- the red lining looks cool
- adequate water resistance

Cons:
- for this price it should be Challenger Ultra fabric
- the fidlock clips at the top get in the way of the zipper all the time even when unclipped. Forget about onehanded zipping/unzipping (bad UX)
- the harness system makes the pack feel a bit loose as it anchors in the center and not the shoulder width.
- the waist strap pockets are useless and tbh it feels so much like an afterthought that I never use it
- it could be lighter, at 1.5kg (36L Ultra Dragonfly is like 800g)

To make it more compelling; use Ultra fabric, update the waist strap pockets to "ultra fabric" stretchy mesh like on the ULA Dragonfly, and switch to a slider style fidlock to make it less of a heavy dangle. Rethink the top fidlocks that make opening the bag a bit frustrating.

Super qualité mais cher et manque de poches

Le sac est de très bonne facture, super qualité, étanche et fait de bon matériaux. En revanche, il reste cher pour ce que c'est. Enfin, en terme design, il manque de poches à l'intérieur pour optimiser le rangement.
