The Tech Tote 16 is the city dweller’s best friend. Highly adaptable, it can be carried by hand, over the shoulder or as a backpack, and even features a dedicated luggage pass-through to slide directly onto the handle of your finest rolling suitcase. It has plenty of room for all your everyday essentials, your laptop, your very important documents and your favourite sandwich. All that’s left is to choose your preferred fabric version: Original or X-Pac. And if making choices is always a challenge for you, don’t worry: both versions are perfectly suited to the uses described above.

We therefore chose to work with a small-scale Chinese workshop specializing in the production of technical bags for European brands and institutions. Founded in 1986 by French entrepreneurs, the workshop operates with respect for human rights and traditional craftsmanship.

Versatility
Original
Perfectly suited for everyday urban use or wet environments.
This high-density 1680-denier fabric is made from recycled polyester (the equivalent of approximately 13 plastic bottles per bag).
It is then coated with polyurethane (PU), making it 100% waterproof while maintaining its flexibility and pleasant feel.
Performance
X-Pac®
Ideal if you want to prioritize lightweight performance without compromising on durability or waterproofing.
Inspired by sailcloth, X-Pac® is a technical multi-layer laminate combining recycled polyester, X-PLY® reinforcement, and a polyester film. Put simply, this construction makes the fabric fully waterproof while keeping it extremely lightweight and more structured than Original or CORDURA®.
